For Customers:

- Payment must be made at the time of placing an order using the methods provided.
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details before confirming.
For Vendors:
- Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, products, and menus they list.
- Vendors agree to deliver high-quality products and services as described in their listings.
- Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their products or services.
5. Payments
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay Google Pay).
- Flavor Express does not store your payment details.
- Additional fees (e.g., delivery charges, service fees) will be displayed before you confirm an order.
6. Order Cancellation and Refunds
- Customers: Cancellation policies vary by Vendor. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Vendor’s terms.
- Vendors: Vendors must handle cancellations and refunds in a timely and fair manner.
7. Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery timelines and fees are determined by the Vendor or the delivery service provider.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses or pickup details.
8. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for:
- Ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of their offerings.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by Flavor Express or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Flavor Express is a marketplace that connects Vendors and Customers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by Vendors.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, order fulfillment, or delivery timelines.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Flavor Express, its affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Any dispute between you and another user.
13. Changes to These Terms
